Myofascial Release for Severe Hand & Arm Trauma

Sharon was trapped under a gate and attacked by a horse, sustaining multiple bites, broken bones on both sides, a degloving injury, bone grafts, skin grafts, K-wires, plates, and extensive scarring. Years later, she continues to navigate the impact of that trauma.

During our one-day training, Sharon volunteered for hands-on treatment focusing on fascial release, scar tissue mobilisation, and fluid dynamics within the tissue.

The result?

✔️ Improved tissue mobility
✔️ Restoration of fluid flow under scar tissue
✔️ Reduced pain
✔️ A feeling of being heard and supported
✔️ Currently pain free

This video highlights the potential of working with fascia — even in complex trauma cases involving bone, soft tissue, and surgical scarring.
